Quarter field has been added to ledger transactions. This field is intended to tag the transaction with the quarter associated with the liability. For example, FUTA/SUI tax payments paid on 10/31/2023 are typically associated with Q3-2023. Therefore, Finlee will not automatically assign a quarter to ledger transactions. If you would like to assign a quarter to your ledger transactions when they are imported, please contact support to request a file parsing update.
Users now have the option to import Preprocess transactions. Learn more about this new transaction type here.
Total of Filtered Transactions has been added to the Search Ledger screen. Any time you filter transactions, the total will update with the sum of the filtered transactions.
Default Filter on Search Ledger. When navigating to the Search Ledger screen, a default filter of transaction dates in the current quarter will be applied in order to reduce screen load time. The filter can be updated or cleared by clicking "Clear Filters" on the main Search Ledger screen or in the Filters panel.

On Bulk Changes, when a user clicks on the Check Number, Tax Code, or Details field to display the drop down, the Update option is now selected by default.
On Bulk Changes, when a user clicks the check box next to Check Number, Tax Code, or Details, the dropdown box is now automatically displayed.
On Search Ledger, the column and field previously called "Cleared Status" has been updated to "Status". Additionally, the transactions statuses have been updated to include Preprocess.

When Selecting a Customer from Edit Transaction, Banking Transfers, Nonbanking Transfers, or Add transaction, the dropdown will now disappear if you click out of the customer field.
Corrected issue where Customer List Export download was not available in some circumstances.
Corrected issue where Searched Archived Kanban Cards were not displaying properly in some circumstances.
Corrected issue where Adding a New Customer from Select Customer dropdown was allowing the ledger transaction to be created for a new customer without adding the customer to the Customer List in some circumstances.
