Liability Variance by Tax Code: The subledger reconciliation type of Liability Variance compares each customer's tax ledger balance with their unpaid liability variance. Functionality has been added to calculate liability variances by customer and tax code. In order to utilize this functionality, impounds and payments added to the tax ledger will need to include tax code. Additionally, unpaid liability files imported must include tax code information. Please contact support@rakedigital.com if you would like to utilize this enhanced functionality.
Transfer Money: When a bank account associated with the tax ledger is selected, the user will have the option to add a Tax Code to the transaction.
The Liability report will now include companies that have liability entries but no ledger entries.
Add Transaction from Manage Exceptions and Bank Rec Tasks: Updated modals to make fields wider and easier to read.
Add Transaction required fields: Added an asterisk to the headers on the required fields. Also added a pop up message reminding users to complete all the required fields in order to enable the Save button.
Un-Voiding beginning uncleared (IMPORTED TRANSACTION)s: When a user un-voids a beginning uncleared (IMPORTED TRANSACTION), a BEGINNING BALANCE transaction will be automatically added to offset the prior BEGINNING BALANCE entry added when the transaction was originally voided.

Multiple Bank Statements Open: Corrected issue where ledger transactions from an incomplete bank reconciliaton were not included in the totals for the current bank reconciliation in some circumstances.
Import Screen: The Import button is not enabled on the import screen if all files do not have file types assigned. Previously, if a user deleted the file(s) that were missing a file type from the import screen, the Import button was not enabled until you selected a file type on the deleted file. This has been corrected so that removing files without file types will enable the Import button.
Transfer Money Company ID: Corrected issue where company id could not be chosen from the company dropdown if the company ID was also contained within the name of a different company. For example, when attempting to choose a company Id of ABC, if there was a different company whose name was ABC Company, the user was unable to select company ID of ABC.
