Enhancements

• Search Bank is now available under Bank Rec Tasks. This screen enables users to search Bank Statement Transactions, similar to the existing Search Ledger functionality.
• Add Bank Account is now available under Bank Rec Tasks, allowing users to add new bank accounts directly in Finlee.
• Refresh functionality on the Subledger Reconciliation and Pending Resolved tabs has been enhanced to deliver faster performance.
• Automatch button navigation has been streamlined for improved usability.

Changes

• The field previously known as Ledger Date has been changed to Posted Date on the Search ledger.
• In rare cases, using the Automatch button on the Manage Exception screen previously allowed duplicate transactions to match when utilizing the Require Customer ID match or Ignore Check Numbers match were utilized. ** This behavior has been updated: duplicates will now result in an exception unless a unique customer ID, check number, or tax confirmation is present. ** As a result, you may notice an increase in exceptions, particularly during quarter-end reconciliations. ** If duplicates continue to be a challenge, please reach out to Support to explore options for including additional data in your Bank Statement Transactions to improve matching.

Bug Fixes

• Customer name updates under Warnings/Errors now support spaces.
