Enhancements

• A new Linked Transactions icon has been added to the Search Ledger. When a transaction has one or more linked transactions, the icon will appear. Clicking on this icon will populate the list of all the linked transactions to that ledger transaction. The criteria for linked transactions include banking or nonbanking transfers created from the Transfer Money task, ledger transactions set to nonbanking using Bulk Actions, and bulk payments from file imports. This new functionality will help Finlee customers easily research related items when navigating the Search Ledger. If you believe that you have bulk payments that should be linked, please contact support@rakedigital.com to update your file parsing.

• New Badges have been added to the Subledger Rec tab. These badges will give you a quick view of all Subledger Rec variances under the Subledger Rec tab. These badges offer a convenient filtering option, enabling you to easily focus on specific variances by selecting the relevant badge.

Changes

• Edit and add transaction drop down design modified.

• New Outstanding Liabilities transaction fields: Source File and Added Date.

Bug Fixes

• Split transaction in Rematch screen. Previously, only one side of the split transaction was visible. This functionality now matches the Manage Exception split.

• Dashes in Manage exception filter. Dashes were not recognized in the Manage Exception customer filter. This has since been corrected.

• Duplicate kanban cards. Some customers were able to add Subledger rec items to the kanban board multiple times, creating duplicates. This has been corrected.
