Enhancements

• Suggest matches on Manage Exceptions. When a user clicks on a bank transaction that did not auto-match on the Manage Exceptions tab, the available ledger transactions to match the bank transaction to will display at the bottom of the screen. Assure will now search the available ledger transactions for suggested matches based on bank account, check number, company id, and amount. The ledger transactions will now be sorted with suggested matches, if any, at the top of the list of ledger transactions.

• Select ledger transaction on Manage Exceptions. Users can now click anywhere in the row that contains a ledger transaction to match it to the selected bank transactions. Previously, users needed to click the check box to the left of the row.

• Kanban card comments. If a user adds text in the comment field and tries to close the kanban card before clicking "Post Comment", the user will be warned that there are unsaved changes and will have an opportunity to return to the card to post the comment.

• Import Templates. The following import templates are now available:

  1. Liability Variance
  2. Customer List

• Kanban card editing. Users can now edit and/or delete their own kanban card comments.

• Edit ledger transaction from Search Ledger has a new look. The edit transaction screen will now show transaction status and transaction activity in addition to the fields shown on the previous edit ledger screen.

• Import screen will now show a red icon next to files that are not ready to be imported. Additionally, users will see a badge on the Import button indicating how many files are ready to be imported.

• When a user clicks the "Next" button on the Import screen prior while there are unimported files on the screen, the user will see a warning message and will have the opportunity to return to the Import screen and import the files.

Changes

• Client / Customer labels. For consistency, all areas of the system that previously referenced "client" will now show a label of "customer".

Bug Fixes

• When using the Cleared date filter on Search Ledger, in some circumstances, the searched results did not contain the filtered cleared date. This has been corrected.

• Users were previously getting logged out of an active tab in the application if there were multiple tabs opened and one of the tabs went idle. This has been corrected so that users who are actively using the application will not be logged out.

• Corrected a memory issue causing data not to return when users initially clicked on Search Ledger.
