Searching the Kanban Board

To search fields on the kanban board, click the Search box. The search box will search any text in the cards that have not been archived.

The first search box will search any text in the cards that have not been archived.

Sort Cards

Cards on the kanban board can be sorted by created date, modified date, amount, company, or rec type. Select the appropriate field from the sort drop down. Click the three bars to the right of the drop down box to sort. Click the three bars again to reverse the sort order.

Download Cards

Download active (not completed) cards to a .csv file by clicking the download button.

Filtering the Kanban Board

To filter cards on the kanban board, click the Filters icon at the top of the screen.

Filters can be used in conjunction with each other. Click the Filters icon. Choose the filters you would like to apply and click the Apply Filters box to search for the card(s). Reset the filters by clicking Clear Filters.

Penny Card Filter

The Hide Subledger Penny Cards filter is on by default. Penny Cards have an amount of between -$0.99 and $0.99. You can see these cards by clicking the checkbox on the filter. There could be a significant number of penny cards that have accumulated and showing these cards could cause the screen to be slower to load.

Additional Card Filters

Additional Filters are available under the Filter Icon, including Member, Resolution, and Card Types.

Clear Filters

To clear any filters that have been previously set, click on Clear Filters.
